The Sprint Triathlon and relay will run in a traditional format (swim, bike, run). The swim is a 300-meter swim, 14-mile bike, and 3.7 run. This is a pool swim. Each athlete will enter the water separately. Your 100-meter swim times that you gave us will establish the order of athlete entry into the pool. Each swimmers time will start as you cross the timing mat to enter the pool. You will exit the pool and go into the transition, do your bike ride, go into transition and go to your final event of the 3.7 run. You will cross the finish line at the end of your 3.7 run.

The Duathlon will be a run, bike, run. Duathletes will run a 3.7 course, transition, bike, transition, and complete the same 3.7 course as the first leg of the race.

3.7 only runners will go off with the duathletes at the start of the race and cross the finish line on completion.
