THE RACE Series
This spring Venus Life will introduce the Venus Life Women's Triathlon Series where the most incrediable women will assemble at multiple locations for one of the most exciting and progressive sporting events...the Venus Life Women's Triathlon Challenge.  The 4 event series will take place with the first race beginning April 27, 2008 in Allen, Texas.  This highly popular event will draw a thousand women together to share in the motivation, accomplishment, and excitement these dynamic events will offer.  

Packed with heart-pounding action and maybe a few tears the April 27, 2008 Venus Life Women's Triathlon Challenge features a 250 meter swim in a beautiful 25 meter pool, a beautiful 15 mile bike course (watch the winds on the return bike course), and a demanding 3.7 mile run through the trails of the Beautiful Allen Park.  Set against the natural beauty of this park, this thrilling triathlon is a magnificant spectacle for participants and spectators.

Corporate Challenge Triathlon and Relay

The Venus Life Women's Triathlon Challenge Events are an integral element of the Venus Life Triathlon promoting teamwork, a healthy workforce, and maintaining a work/life balance.  The Venus Life Women's Challenge Event is an opoortunity for workmates/women to participate in a healthy social atmosphere outside of the workplace, while promoting their company and a healthy, active lifestyle.  Is your corporation up to the challenge?

The Corporate Challenge Event also provides an opportunity for positive competition among corporate teams, as well as a chance to network within the business community of women (the "good ol girl" network).  Your rivals on the race course could be your next partner in a multi-million dollar business deal.  The Corporate Challenge Event aims to foster positive relationships among teammates and corporate opponents.

Corporate Teams will compete for the coveted Venus Life Women's Challenge Prizes and Trophy.   The winning team is invited back the following year to defend their title and retain all the bragging rights that go along with it.

Team Entry

Anyone who is interested in starting a team 
at their company is welcome to compete! Relay
teams for the triathlon and duathlon will compete in the following
divisions:

Sprint Triathlon Relay Teams 
Duathlon Teams

Entry Fee's include:

Entry into race for 3 team members
Corporate Athlete Swag Bag
Special bike rack placement
Venus Life Challenge Meet & Greet and Clinic with USAT Coaching professional

Teams will be scored by the overall fastest times of all relay teams entered per company.  Special awards will be given to the fastest team.

Schedule

 There will be absolutly no race day registration or packet pick-up.  Registraion available through active.com and in person at packet pick-up (while there are spots available).  

Saturday : from 1-3 pm
Saturday : Clinic with USAT Coaching professional 2-3 pm
